Returns Policy

Because all of our products are personalised and made to order we unfortunately cannot accept returns, we will however send out replacement items under a number of circumstances (see below). Please note - you can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched, for a full refund, should you change your mind.

Our standard delivery takes around 7-10 days from and is delivered by Royal Mail which is not a guaranteed or tracked service. If you need your product by a certain date or wish to be able to track the delivery then please ensure you have chosen the express postage option.

Damaged items

Due to the delicate nature of some of our products items can sometimes arrive having been damaged in the post. Where an item has arrived with you in a damaged condition we will send out a replacement as quickly as possible, there is usually no charge for this however you may need to provide photographs of the damage.

Design errors

Our Artworker will copy the text you provide in your personalisation request word for word onto our designs – we do however appreciate that there are possibilities for human error along the way. Please contact us straight way if your item arrives and there is a mistake in the design and we will rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

If we spot something that looks like it could be an incorrect spelling you will be contacted to double check but we ask you to carefully double check all info before sending.
